      Learning Business in Brazil

The main idea of “Learning Business in Brazil” is to show these types of contrasts: a cosmopolitan city with several glamorous places as well as the poverty that affects a great part of the population.

Our program gives the students an overview of local politics, culture and business practices. The students have an opportunity to visit Brazilian corporations that are world class benchmarks. They can also visit our stock exchange and cultural centers.

Our professors give talks on emerging markets, politics, history, corporate governance, leadership, competitive intelligence, marketing, finance and entrepreneurship.

The idea it is not just to provide information but also to stimulate the exchange of experiences. We believe that the greatest advantage of “Learning Business in Brazil” is in the fact that the visitors can meet our Brazilian students in order to understand and discuss our culture.

This program normally takes place in São Paulo, Brazil’s business center and can take one or two weeks depending on the requirements of each school.

The minimum number of students is 10 and groups are normally 25 students.

We have been offering this program since 2004.

Besides “Learning Business in Brazil”, BBS has developed a new area:

“Business and Environment”

In this area BBS prepares students’ response to growing environmental constraints and challenges, enhancing the ability of companies to define strategies that improve competitiveness and profitability.

Our Thematic Courses are important tools that provide a link between theorical learning and practical experience.

Through field trips the students will be able to evaluate environmental restrictions and strategies adopted by companies to face current challenges.

This is also an unique opportunity to experience new cultures. The courses will be held in regions on the environmental frontier.
